As a Veneers Dentist, Marieve Rodriguez DMD, Can Transform Your Smile

As a veneers dentist, Marieve Rodriguez DMD can improve your smile.

When you come see a veneers dentist, you should know that we have one primary objective. That objective is to ensure that by the time you leave, you leave with the perfect smile you have always wanted. We replace tooth enamel and damaged or discolored teeth, with a small device known as a dental veneer. These dental veneers are essentially ultra-thin pieces of porcelain, hence why they are also known as porcelain veneers.  They are fitted over the damaged teeth to replace their shape, size, and color. The porcelain is so amazingly thin that the veneer are actually similar in consistency to your naturally occurring enamel. Like enamel, the veneers we attach are extremely hard which makes them durable and long lasting. They require virtually no extra care when it comes to cleaning and daily habits, and they look exactly like your other teeth. All of these factors make dental veneers the perfect way to repair a large number of minor dental problems.

As a veneers dentist, Marieve Rodriguez DMD can treat the following –

Porcelain veneers are one of those dental technologies that have crossed the distance between what is considered to be purely cosmetic and what is also functional in dentistry. We use veneers to correct a large number of problems with your teeth. Some are purely cosmetic. For example, there are times when a normal whitening routine will not work on your teeth. At times like that you always have the option of using dental veneers to whiten your teeth permanently. Since veneers do not stain and cannot be discolored, your teeth will remain permanently white. We can also use veneers to straighten your teeth and correct minor space issues that could be affecting the quality of your smile. Perhaps one of the most common problems that we use dental veneers to fix involves minor damage to the teeth. Tiny cracks, or chips, and even some breaks in the tooth can cause a lot of discomfort. In addition, this damage to the tooth can spread and eventually could cost you the entire tooth. There is also always a chance of infection. With a dental veneer, we can fix the tooth and avoid all such eventualities without having to remove the entire tooth or take away a large portion of the organic enamel.  This can be a preferred solution to a more intensive procedure like placing a dental implant or crown.

Can a veneers dentist treat anyone or are there some people that cannot get dental veneers?

Traditionally speaking there are no conditions, barring the extremely rare cases, under which a person cannot be treated by a veneers dentist. While some people may not qualify to get dental veneers, this is a rarity. In order to make sure that your teeth are healthy enough, and to ensure that you are a great candidate for dental veneers, we will have you come in for a preliminary visit and complete examination before recommending them.  During that time, we will answer any questions that you may have.  As a veneers dentist, Marieve Rodriguez DMD, is an expert and will ensure that your treatment goes smoothly.
